Do we require RIFs? 

TX Delta follows the Pi Beta Phi policy stating that a RIF is not required for a PNM to be extended a bid to membership in our organization. Multiple RIFs do not increase the chances that a chapter will extend a bid to membership to a PNM. Chapters consider whether a PNM has sponsorship (one RIF), not the number of recommendations she has from alumnae.

Do we require LOS? 
In following Pi Beta Phi policy, we no longer require Letters of Support (LOS) to be submitted for a PNM. Multiple RIFs or LOS do not increase the chances we will extend a bid of membership to a PNM. We consider whether a PNM has sponsorship (one RIF), not the number of recommendations she has from alumnae.
